Steam may have inadvertently leaked the release date for every single one of their upcoming titles, including the PC version of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection. While many of the dates are obvious placeholders, those such as Uncharted have more credibility.

When will Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection be released on PC?

Uncharted Legacy of Thieves

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection has an internal release date of July 15, 2022 on Steam. This release date is one that developers must set before they can set up a Steam product page. According to TechRaptor, these release dates don’t have to be public and most are normally invisible to Steam users. Unfortunately the Steam API recently added the “Store API Release Date” to their publicly viewable information. As noticed by many SteamDB Discord members, these dates were then picked up and recorded on SteamDB.

While these dates can be changed at any time, it’s perfectly possible they’re just old dates or placeholders. Many games like Frostpunk 2, My Time at Sandrock, and Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 have dates for the very start or end of the month and are almost certainly placeholders. Kerbal Space Program 2 even has a date that expired two months ago and falls into the “old date” category.

Uncharted’s date for the middle of the month seems more credible but should still be taken with a pinch of salt. Sony said they would “be revisiting and revealing more pertaining to the PC launch as we head into 2022”, and we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we hear more.

In other news, Horizon Forbidden West got another update today, but those shooting for 100% progress are out of luck as one of the machines still won’t spawn in the open world. Elsewhere, Babylon’s Fall players are being asked to give their feedback on what would make the game a better playable experience.
